Brief History of LWTU

Living Waters Theological University is an all-inclusive theological university that serves the residents of the Inland Empire. The university is one of over 225 schools in nine countries governed by the Accrediting CommissionInternational. Students of the university are drawn, for the most part, from the local communities. Students range in age from 18 to over 75 years, and reflect the ethnic and cultural diversity of the region. Living WatersTheological University was established in 1998 and originally served eight students. The faculty consisted of four instructors. The university has expanded to now serve students in over ten cities comprising two counties.The university alumnus is now over 35 students, who have given their time and knowledge back to the university. Living Waters Theological University is proud of its tradition of quality education and service to the community, and the faculty and staff are gratified to know they have played an important role in improving the ministries and lives of so many.

We at Living Waters are committed to equipping men and women with a quality education to become proficient and professional in life and in ministry, to be able to stand, live and defend the principles of the bible at any level, byproviding a campus for an enriching and enlightening experience for the total man. Living Waters Theological University’s vision is that LWTU will become the educational institution of choice for theological students in the Inland Empire, and will be regarded as the “alma mater” of proficient and professional individuals in life and ministry. We build our reputation on the quality of our instruction and services provided. We hold our students andfaculty to the highest standards, not only in the eyesight of God but also in the eyes of society.
